HEAD COACH
Matlama Football Club, the most decorated football club in Lesotho, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Head Coach.
As we prepare for the upcoming football season, we seek a visionary and tactically astute leader to spearhead the team, drive competitive excellence, and uphold the proud traditions of Matlama FC.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the first team in all training sessions and competitive fixtures.

Develop and implement effective match strategies and tactical game plans.

Provide technical and strategic guidance to players at all Matlama FC levels.

Collaborate with Club management on player recruitment, strategy, and club operations.

Represent the Club professionally in media engagements and official functions.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring continuous development.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
-
CAF A License or equivalent (UEFA A or higher is an added advantage).

Qualification in Sports Management (preferred but not mandatory).

Minimum three (3) years coaching experience at the professional league or equivalent top-tier level.

Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.

High resilience and composure working in high-pressure football environments.
