JANE’S LATE STRIKE EARNS MATLAMA FC MAXIMUM POINTS

Matlama FC maintained their unbeaten run in Vodacom Premier League, following a 1-0 victory over LCS FC on Sunday, 5th November at LCS ground.

The game started intensely with both teams showing their intend to win, making several attempts to score but were unable to find the back of the net in the first stanza.

In the second half, LCS FC created numerous opportunities to score but found Matlama FC’s number one shot stopper, Monaheng Ramalefane in a good form making several, crucial saves to keep the team in the game. A moment of brilliance came on the 89th minute when Jane Thabantšo volleyed a winner past Seahlolo Mosoeu of LCS FC.
